FREE Shipping Australia-Wide on All Orders
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days via Australia Post Regular Parcel Services.
We currently dispatch every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The cutoff time for each dispatch is 5:00 PM the night before.
If you choose Express Shipping, please note it is available only for metro areas. If your address is outside this coverage, we will notify you if we’re unable to ship via express. Orders placed after the cutoff time may not be dispatched until the next scheduled day.
After placing your order, please check your email’s junk or spam folder if you do not receive order or tracking notifications.
International shipping is not available at this time, including to New Zealand.
However, New Zealand customers can shop through our Amazon Australia store.
Tracking updates typically appear within 1–3 business days after dispatch, as our parcels are collected by Australia Post rather than scanned instantly at a post office. This does not affect delivery speed.
Return Policy
We accept returns if you change your mind, as long as the following conditions are met:

Return request is made within 30 days of receiving the order.

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All seals are unbroken, and the product is in saleable condition.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or arrives damaged, we’re happy to assist with a replacement or replacement parts.
